I coordinated the production of communications content and a global campaign for the launch/rollout of UNICEF’s updated Competency Framework, a flagship resource used to improve organizational culture. The framework establishes common standards of behaviour to guide the way staff work.
My work included providing expert advice on all aspects of production and dissemination, developing and implementing a targeted communications strategy, drafting, editing and reviewing content, and coordinating the publishing and dissemination of content/products. Specific products include a global Competency Framework intranet site, a launch video and brochure featuring UNICEF’s Executive Director, a launch article featured on UNICEF’s global intranet homepage, posters, and visuals and messaging for lock screens on every staff computer at UNICEF.
