UNICEF Global OneHR Forum highlights: I coordinated the production and dissemination of UNICEF’s Global OneHR Forum highlight video. This included overseeing the video editing work done by a videography company, reviewing and providing feedback on drafts, coordinating the review process and signoff from key stakeholders, and coordinating outreach, dissemination, monitoring and evaluation activities.

UNICEF OneHR Strategy launch: I coordinated the production and launch of UNICEF’s OneHR Strategy launch video. This included developing the concept, coordinating and conducting interviews with diverse HR practitioners and partners from across UNICEF, contracting a videography company and overseeing their recording and editing work, coordinating the review process and signoff from key stakeholders, and coordinating outreach, dissemination, monitoring and evaluation activities.

UNICEF Competency Framework launch: I co-developed the messaging and and storyboard for the video, and provided expert advise throughout the production process. In addition, I liaised closely with the videographer, the Executive Office and other stakeholders to review draft versions and finalize the video.

Learning and development videos: Working closely with a video editor, I oversaw the conceptualization, production, review and promotion of a range of learning and development videos at UNICEF, including the three videos below.

UNOPS results video: I contributed to the development, review and promotion of a range of UNOPS videos, including this video highlighting UNOPS results.

UNICEF achieves gender equality certification: I contributed to the development, review and promotion of a range of a video celebrating UNICEF’s EDGE certification for gender equality in the workplace.
